Joseph Serruya, NCARB

Principal

As Principal of RDC’s Washington, DC Regional Office, Joseph is responsible for senior project oversight and business development. Since joining the firm in 1999, Joseph’s ability to identify and communicate client goals and vision has fostered strong working relationships with regional retail developers and national retail store roll-out clients.  With a depth of knowledge and over 25 years of experience in planning, site development, design, building construction, and codes, Joseph’s leadership abilities extend beyond the project team.

Rashmi Mehadia, NCARB, LEED AP

Studio Director

A licensed architect in Virginia, Rashmi has expanded her role in RDC’s DC Architecture studio as a resourceful, design-oriented leader focused on problem-solving. Rashmi joined the firm in August 2016 and has been instrumental in working on complex architecture projects and significant retail roll-out programs. Rashmi manages projects from concept through construction and has successfully delivered multiple client projects on the East Coast. She has experience both with retail centers and national retail store roll-out programs.

Ralph Watson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Senior Technical Studio Director

Ralph joined the firm in 2014 and is one of the key leaders of the DC studio. He has been instrumental in working on a diverse portfolio of client projects and is responsible for technical expertise and quality control. Ralph has extensive experience in different retail typologies and has assisted the studio with multiple retail rollout programs. He provides guidance and mentorship to staff and supports studio leadership. From preliminary design and budgeting through post-construction services, his work plays a significant role in our comprehensive project delivery process.

Megan Largent

Operations Director

Megan is responsible for oversight and development of RDC’s internal processes that allows us to successfully serve our clients. Megan joined the firm in 2004 and has been instrumental in innovating, developing, and implementing standards and processes for all the retail rollout programs for RDC’s DC Architecture Studio. A true collaborator and problem solver, Megan supports accounts at all project phases to improve timelines, schedules, budgets, and quality control. She contributes her knowledge of jurisdictional entitlements and permitting phases and works in a collaborative style with clients.
