Nestled on 7005 Manchester Lakes Blvd, Festival at Manchester offers a vibrant mix of shopping, dining, and personal services, catering to the Franconia community. The 169,259 square foot space underwent a transformation, repurposing multiple vacant tenant areas into three anchor spaces with updated branding and facades in several phases. Enhancing the center's culinary offerings, the team repositioned a pad building to accommodate two larger restaurants, complete with outdoor amenities and expanded outdoor seating options for guests. From medium anchors to rows of village brick arcade shops, the diverse range of tenants adds to the center's appeal. Front sidewalk circulation fosters a community-oriented design, accented with occasional pops of painted brick. With the integration of metal siding panels, ACM panels, precast concrete, EIFS, and brick, the anchor brands' facades seamlessly blend with the center's 80's era architecture. Removing outdated roof peaks and mansard roofs, the center now boasts clean contemporary lines, complemented by bold pops of color, creating a welcoming, casual neighborhood atmosphere with cozy seating nooks throughout.
