The Ranch

The Ranch at Hollywood & Verdugo is a premiere shopping center nestled in close proximity to major entertainment employers including Warner Brothers Studios, NBC, ABC, Walt Disney Studios, Warner Brothers Music & Universal Studios. RDC worked with the client to update the 85,829 square-foot space to boost new leasing opportunities while updating the center for current and signed tenants. Pedestrian access and safety were improved by introducing a new parking layout, upgraded lighting, and landscaping enhancements. Additionally, three new outdoor seating areas were integrated, repurposing underutilized space to foster a greater sense of place and connectivity. Employing materials such as metal wall panels, EIFS, stone, and Woodstone tile, we harmonized modern contemporary elements with the original traditional Spanish colonial-style architecture, ensuring cohesion in color and design. Through strategic planning, we successfully maintained an open operating center while executing extensive renovations across the site.
