Mavis Tires & Brakes

RDC partnered with the Mavis Tires & Brakes consultant team in the design of a vibrant, modern, ground-up automotive service facility. RDC successfully integrated the project with the overall development vision set by the developer and the City of Jacksonville, FL, delivering a traditionally inspired contemporary design featuring cultured stone veneer and light gray and white tones. The result was the successful opening of a much-needed service facility for the surrounding communities.

This Mavis facility was designed to meet or exceed LEED Certification standards, utilizing sustainable and environmentally friendly materials in conjunction with the adaptive reuse of the primary structure.
