Terry Todd
Senior Studio Director / Principal
Associate Principal Terry Todd is the co-leader of the firm’s retail and grocery store practice area. Terry joined RDC in 1995 and since that time, has focused on architecture and design services for anchor retailers and shopping centers, developing an extensive knowledge and perspective on creating retail that serves the daily needs of local and regional communities. Terry is known for his thoughtful and responsive and approach to client projects. He offers clients in-depth technical knowledge that serves complex urban locations and suburban locations alike.
Sean Unsell
Senior Studio Director / Associate Principal
Associate Principal Sean Unsell is co-leader of RDC’s retail and grocery work group. Sean joined the firm in 1988, and since that time, has worked exclusively with many major retail tenants including Target, Best Buy, Kohls, Albertsons, and ALDI. Award-winning work under his direction includes Erewhon’s Santa Monica store, the renovation of Brea Marketplace and LEED Gold Certification at Plaza Pacoima. He excels in the ability to adapt national retailers’ brands to site conditions for successful store rollout programs. Sean leads his work group to meet multiple deadlines while upholding quality.
