Texas Medical Center | Design that Moves People Forward

RDC is collaborating with Texas Medical Center (TMC) to integrate experiential retail and hospitality into the world’s largest medical campus. The solution is to create a district that activates and provides human-scale the ground-level areas via a helix-shaped chain of six parks. These parks extend throughout this campus and offer a fully curated experience of programmed gathering areas.

We design spaces that support movement, nourishment, and care. From fitness clubs to grocers to medical campuses like TMC Helix Park we bring retail expertise to every scale of wellness. Our focus is on creating environments that feel good and perform with purpose.
