Marina Beach

Marina Beach Retail Center is an ocean-adjacent renovation for client Gold Coast Shopping Center LLC and is located at the junction of Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, and Abbott Kinney. The new design features contemporary playful facades, refreshed community spaces with new furniture + landscape, murals, and wall graphics. The project also features an art walk lining the back of the seven buildings, creating interactive pedestrian experiences and Instagrammable moments.
The carefully crafted & nautically inspired art program was the result of a visioning process between the Marina Del Rey Planning Agency & RDC.
