Bella’s Market brings fresh grocery retail to Utah City, UT, becoming the city’s first new grocery store in over 100 years. RDC served as Architect of Record and the space was designed in collaboration with Dyelot Interiors. Built for gathering, Bella’s is locally owned and operated, offering everyday essentials, homegrown favorites. Departments include: Flower Bar Co., bakery, produce, butcher block and pharmacy. Proudly owned and operated by Lee’s Marketplace in Utah City, Bella’s Market brings together all the right ingredients, good food and familiar faces.
The project brings together thoughtful architecture and interior design to create a welcoming, community-oriented market experience. Carefully planned layouts, durable material selections, and intuitive circulation support daily operations while enhancing the customer journey. The result is a modern, approachable grocery store that reflects Bella’s commitment to quality, connection, and neighborhood engagement.
