RDC Collaborating with BH Properties on Hazard Center

BH Properties is working with RDC to reimagine the 135,000-square-foot Hazard Center into a modern, lifestyle-oriented destination. The design updates the landscaping, creates new outdoor areas, and a central plaza featuring seating, retail kiosks, a fire pit, and space for community events.
