RDC Celebrates the Grand Opening of the Congressman Alan Lowenthal Global Trade & Education Center

Last week, together with studio one eleven, RDC joined in the grand opening celebration for The Congressman Alan Lowenthal Global Trade & Education Center at the Port of Long Beach, a place that showcases the innovative and sustainable initiatives of Port of Long Beach.

RDC and Studio One Eleven collaborated with the Port of Long Beach to design multiple interior spaces that express the essence of the Port with shipping container architecture and feature gesture-motion interactive exhibits including an 18’ x 33’ 3-D table map that interfaces with a large-screen wall, a timeline showcasing the Port’s major milestones, as well as sustainability and innovation exhibits that demonstrate the Port’s position of leadership.
