Our new DC Metro area office has a hospitality-inspired concept that embraces clarity, brightness, and flow. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, supporting a versatile layout for focused work and dynamic collaboration. Curated by Phoenix Design One, a refined palette of materials—including concrete floors, exposed ceilings, tectum panels, and ash wood-look millwork—celebrates the honesty of architectural materials and brings warmth and character to the studio.
