BH Properties is collaborating with RDC to reimagine the Landing, a135,000-square-foot shopping center in San Diego, CA. The repositioning transforms the existing retail and entertainment complex into a vibrant, lifestyle-oriented destination. The design refreshes key architectural façades, enhances landscaping, and introduces inviting outdoor spaces anchored by a new central plaza. The plaza features flexible seating areas, retail kiosks, a fire pit, and space designed to host community events, creating a dynamic environment that fosters connection and activity throughout the day and evening.
