Located in what was previously a bank, Hold Up Roll Up is more than just a dispensary it is a community hub committed to delivering premier cannabis products and memorable customer experiences. Our team meticulously designed the 4,350-square-foot space to embody a harmonious blend of history and innovation.

Upon entry, guests are welcomed into a thoughtfully curated vestibule and into the lobby. A new framed low wall with shelving above serves as an elegant divider, defining the transition between the welcoming lobby and the dynamic main retail space. The design features a variety of elements like exposed brick, rich wooden flooring, dark drop-in PVC ceiling tiles, accent paint at wainscotting, and contemporary furniture applications. These carefully selected components work in harmony to elevate the retail and hospitality experience, captivating visitors with a visually stunning and dynamic environment.

Through the restoration process, the aged marble stone on the floor and columns was completely transformed and modern elements were seamlessly integrated without compromising the historical integrity of the structure. Notably, the original bank vault remains a captivating focal point, left untouched, becoming an intriguing feature within the space. Exposed brick walls at the point-of-sale station and columns introduce a textured contrast to the sleek modern retail displays, infusing the space with warmth, character, and depth. This adaptive reuse space not only ensures sustainability but also highlights the project's commitment to innovative design practices.
