RDC collaborated with PDO on the relocation of Farmers & Merchants Bank in the heart of Garden Grove, delivering a sophisticated yet highly functional environment that elevates the client’s brand while honoring its long-standing connection to the community it has served since 1955.
Serving as Architect of Record, RDC led a scope that began with exterior enhancements, including improvements to ATM pedestrian access and PDO assisted with the introduction of warm wood accents that seamlessly transition from the façade into the interior.
Inside, the design experience unfolds through a custom millwork bench seating, large-format dimensional tile, and ceilings defined by repeating wood slats with integrated lighting. Together, these elements create a sense of warmth along the main branch walkway.
At the heart of space is a vault room that serves as a striking focal point. Framed by floor-to-ceiling tile selected to enhance its presence. Throughout the workspace and conference areas, meant for employees and visitors to gather.
