Designed to be an integral part of downtown Virginia Beach, this costal project consists of three blocks of retail and entertainment components, including a cinema, retail, food and beverage areas and a large plaza for community events. Almost 200,000 sf of concepts will include alfresco dining, a craft brewery, upscale bowling and a live music venue.
