The Barracks at Chaffee are part of Chafee Crossing Historic District redevelopment, where former Army training camp barracks are being converted to retail, commercial and apartment spaces.  RDC’s NW Arkansas Office serves as architect for the adaptive re-use of the historic structures that will become mixed-use spaces with retail at the pedestrian level and apartments above.
