RDC worked in collaboration with original designer, Shema Dougall Design Associates, to reconfigure the central plaza at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Owned and operated by Simon Properties, and built more than 20 years ago, the Forum Shops offers a unique shopping experience, combining luxury retail shops, entertainment, and fine dining.
