Rooftop Metropolis
Famous for its natural beauty and historical and cultural heritages, Hangzhou is the political, economic and cultural center of Zhejiang province. The Hangzhou Urban Rooftop celebrates the city renowned as China’s Silicon Valley of Paradise by incorporating urban design elements with touches of modern technology to a unique mixed-use project.

Designed to exemplify Hangzhou’s 30-year revitalization focused Master Plan, this urban rooftop artfully organizes the 29,000 square meters of 5 star boutique hotel, cinema, art gallery, and a diverse collection of eateries, bars and cafes around a central green plaza surrounded by a grouping of outdoor glass pavilion buildings. Steel and glass create a dynamic contrast with the wood-rich plaza rooftop and planted gardens and a series of clustered glass pavilions allow for intimate garden space and central greens with unobstructed city views in the Tower. The balance between bold and subtle design of cantilevered bridges and towers has created a popular destination in the urban core of Hangzhou.
