With the recent rise of fitness as a lifestyle trend people are looking for a unique fitness experience, they are looking for more than just what you can get out of your typical fitness studio or gym. Today more than ever people are taking health, wellness and fitness to a whole other level. In response to the spike in the health and wellness industry, niche style gyms are popping up all around the country. In recent years, we have seen more and more boutique fitness studios popping up because of the personalized experience every individual receives, which is something you wouldn’t typically receive at a large big box location.
Although big box gyms are still quite popular, the smaller, usually more personalized approach at specialized fitness studios is evolving into more than just a workout space.
