Located in one of the nation’s prosperous cities, Avonlea will be the first premier shopping, dining and entertainment destinations in Loudoun County, Virginia.
RDC’s overall goal for Avonlea was to give guests an outdoor dining and shopping space that includes a garden walk, landscaped plazas and larger sidewalks. To project walkability throughout the center, RDC specifically created a paved pedestrian connection surrounded by native, non-invasive plant species and high efficiency irrigation systems. The conceptual design is intended to draw families, companies and the community together.
