ICSC Global Design & Development Awards has awarded the Del Mar Highlands Town Center a Silver Award in the Renovations and Expansions category.
As part of the renovation and expansion, diverse spaces were created so that community members can shop, dine, and gather. Several improvements were made to existing areas to bring a fresh look to the entire center. With the addition of retailers like Sky Deck, the town center has transformed into a vibrant, community-oriented, and contemporary destination for shopping and dining.
